Refund and Credit Policy for Video Recorder & AI Captions

This policy applies to managed AI credit packs and subscriptions sold by ELIT VIRTUAL LLC for Video Recorder & AI Captions. It does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

Credit packs

You may request a refund for an unused paid credit pack within 14 calendar days of purchase. A credit pack is unused only when none of the credits from that purchase have been consumed.

We generally cannot refund a credit pack after any credits from that purchase have been used, because the associated AI service has already been delivered. If a Managed AI request fails due to our service or provider error, Video Recorder & AI Captions is designed to return the credit automatically. Contact us if that does not happen.

Promotional, complimentary, and trial credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

Subscriptions

If we introduce subscriptions, you can cancel future renewal through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not provide prorated refunds for a partial billing period except where required by law or where we state otherwise at purchase.

Chargebacks and abuse

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and resolve the issue. We may suspend managed-credit access while a chargeback, fraud investigation, or abuse review is unresolved.

How to request a refund

Email bilaal@sudarfa.com with:

• The email address used for the Video Recorder & AI Captions account.
• The approximate purchase date and amount.
• A brief description of the problem.

We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
