ELIT VIRTUAL LLC provides Video Recorder & AI Captions, a browser extension and related managed AI services.

Local recordings and settings

Recordings, video clips, screenshots, titles, editable captions, and extension settings are designed to remain in your browser's local extension storage. We do not upload or store that media merely because you record, edit, export, or save it. If you use a personal AI provider key, the extension sends only the text needed for your request directly to the provider or custom HTTPS endpoint you select. Your personal key is kept in session-only extension storage and is not sent to ELIT Virtual.

Managed AI, payments, and providers

If you choose Managed AI, we handle your email address and account identifier for sign-in, managed-credit balance and ledger, request type, selected model, timestamps, and limited usage measurements. We process transcript text submitted for caption improvement or title generation, but do not intentionally retain it after processing. We do not receive or store the underlying recording or video file for a Managed AI request.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. We may store Stripe customer, payment, subscription, and transaction identifiers, purchase status, and credits granted to provide purchased access, prevent fraud, resolve support requests, and meet accounting obligations.

We share information only as needed to provide the Service: Supabase for authentication and managed-credit records; Resend to deliver sign-in codes; DeepSeek for Managed AI text requests; Stripe for payments; and the AI provider or endpoint you select for Bring Your Own Key requests. We do not sell personal information, run advertising profiles, or use recordings, videos, captions, or transcript text to train our own AI models.

Retention and choices

You can delete local recordings and captions through the extension, clear extension data, or remove the extension. You can sign out of Managed AI, clear a personal AI key, or request deletion of account information by emailing bilaal@sudarfa.com.
